Enrollment Management Consultants (EMC) is a very unique consulting firm specializing in post-secondary student recruitment for privately managed institutions of higher education.The managing partners at EMC are degreed professionals with a combination of over 25 years industry experience.

As an organization, we posses extensive industry experience in critical areas such as admissions, admissions management, local and national training development, territory management, and project development for major initiatives such as sales training seminars, video production, direct mail campaigns, collateral marketing materials, reports and performance metrics.

The managing partners of EMC began to develop and document strategies to improve new student recruitment and retention for a small proprietary school located in Denver, Colorado nearly a decade ago. The successful implementation of these strategies created and sustained substantial improvements with respect to lead generation and cost per lead margins as well as measurable improvements in lead to appointment, appointment to interview, interview to application and application to start ratios. The common factors in the success of these strategies include the development of a structured and duplicable process for each stage of the sales cycle that is reinforced and supported by implementation of training programs, manuals and documentation.

As a result of these strategies, this institution experienced 35% annual organic growth for 6 consecutive years in new student enrollment (1998 – 2003), reduction in cost per lead margins by improving lead generation activities (over 300,000 prospect interest cards generated in one recruiting year) and national campus expansion.
Our proven success resulted in EMC becoming an independent organization in 2003 that prides itself on assisting institutions of higher learning by implementing these tactics to meet the needs of our clients.

Today, EMC is a comprehensive admissions tactics and training company servicing institutions nationwide with our main office in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and branch offices in Nebraska and Iowa.
